- RIDES is operated on the principles of autonomy, self-management, self-financing in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations of VUSTA.
- RIDES is responsible for scientific and technological activities listed in the registration permit issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology. Organization and operation charters of the RIDES are approved by VUSTA.
