- Rides was established under Decision No 880/QĐ-LHHVN dated 21/11/2016 of VUSTA and was granted of operation permit under Decision No A- 1684 dated 8/12/2016 of the Ministry of Science and Technology
- The Institute’s Headquarter is based on 2nd Floor, CT3A Me Tri Thuong Building, Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
